Our technical background in property (Certified Practising Valuer's & Licensed Estate Agent’s) assists in providing a scientific analysis of your property and not only provide valuation advice but also analysis of the most likely target market that will result in the best financial result for your property. Our advice will also highlight the pitfalls and traps that many vendors fall into impeding the chance of success, provide advice and assistance on property presentation and styling through our network of tradesman and hire companies if necessary.

Copperfin can assist in negotiating agents commission to ensure you are getting the best value for money without compromising the sale price, and help you decide the best method of sale for your situation.

In addition to Acquisition (Buyer Advocacy) and Transaction Management we can Copperfin can also assist with:


  • Yearly review of council’s statutory valuation assessments (CIV - Capital Improved Valuation; SV - Site Value) and assistance with the objection process.
  • Project Analysis - we utilise Hypothetical Development Models and/or proprietary software to analyse proposed developments before or after a site purchase. This includes market analyse of proposed realisation values and advice on the highest and best use for the site. We can also assist to put together a project team for the development and working with your finance team to deliver a successful development project.
  • Lease Review - On creation of a new lease or at set market review periods a market rent assessment should be carried out. Whether you are a Landlord or the Tenant it is advised to obtain independent advice on what the rent should be taking into account market comparable evidence. If need be we will work with our national valuation partners to obtain the best advice possible. We have experience in representing our clients in any negotiation and regulated mediation process that may be warranted.
